Remote Angular Developer

Job Description

An employer is looking for a Remote Angular Developer to support their operations in the Folsom, CA area. This group is seeking a team-oriented front end software engineer to build software applications for their Service, Network and Device management products. This position requires a self-sufficient software engineer who is able to work productively within a fast-paced engineering team.



Additional responsibilities include:

Design and develop front-end interfaces using angular framework

Work with modern web-based development tools and programming languages

Participate in code reviews

Design and develop software using Agile methodologies

Decompose user stories into engineering tasks and provide accurate time estimates.

Participate in agile sprint planning as well as develop automated tests and initial documentation of development work.

15% domestic travel may be required for this position, typical travel assignments would be 3-5 days.

Minimum Requirements

B.A. or B.S. in computer science, or equivalent.

3-5 of years of front-end software development experience

Previous working experience with Angular 6 or higher

Experience with front-end stack including HTML5, CSS, TypeScript and JavaScript

Experience or knowledge of Git and Atlassian toolset

Desired Skills

Experience with Java software development

Experience with container tools such as Docker or Kubernetes
