Overview:
This position is responsible for a continued partnership with Store Operations HR Recruiting to maintain a talent pipeline for the department. Responsibility includes developing recruiting relationships, sourcing talent pipelines, candidate screening and interviews, and identifying qualified candidates for the departments.
Responsibilities:
- Sources and identifies qualified candidates through primary (phone) and secondary research (internet, job boards, conference lists)
- Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
- Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
- Partners with local and national recruiting team to create and implement sourcing strategy (client goals, business knowledge, unique recruiting plans)
- Builds relationships with local chambers of commerce, colleges, universities, and other local organizations to source quality candidates
- Evaluates job descriptions to ensure understanding of position, skills, and experience required
- Monitors application flow via applicant tracking system
Qualifications:
Experience : 1-2 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience
Education : Bachelor's degree preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Professional Certifications : None
Other knowledge, skills or abilities :
- Previous recruiting experience with focus on high volume candidate generation strongly desired.
- Experience with building sourcing strategies while utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools.
- ATS experience sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be highly organized and detailed with strong sense of personal accountability.
