Kelly is seeking to fill a REMOTE Full Time Talent Acquisition Coordinator position for our Chemical Client. Let me know you're interested to arrange an interview!

Days: Monday - Friday (no weekends!)

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: negotiable

What You'll Do:

  • support the end-to-end hiring process for individuals filling job openings in various business groups and functions
  • review job requisitions for completeness and appropriateness
  • enter new requisitions into the applicant tracking system (Kenexa BrassRing) and manage the information for all positions as the hiring process progresses
  • post requisitions to external job boards
  • interact regularly with current employees and managers along with external job candidates
  • coordinate interview visits
  • ensure candidate pre-employment requirements such as background checks and offer letters are met
  • coordinate the on-boarding of new hires including acting as a new hire orientation moderator when needed
  • copy, file, meet requests, travel arrangements, phone coverage, and project support for the staffing team

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Proficient with software applications such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and applicant tracking systems (required)
  • SAP/HR experience (preferred)
  • Experience with Share Site administration (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and teamwork
  • Adaptability and flexibility with sound time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume work environment with changing priorities.
  • Very organized, good with processes, and follow up skills.
