In this progressive role, this Marketing Strategist will be responsible for supporting successful outcomes related to Pall’s Live chat engagement platform while maintaining available support of the Marketo to Salesforce integration in addition to supporting platforms that include web personalization, webinar & events, ecommerce marketplaces or similar. Key responsibilities:

You will drive global implementation and solutions roadmap around Pall’s Live Chat platform. Support the implementation of new Marketing Technologies that support the strategy of both Pall Life Sciences and Pall Industrial. Support Marketo & Salesforce integration, including daily management and platform enhancements. Work multi-functionally between divisions including lead routing management primarily focusing on the Lead to Opportunity process for Pall Industrial. Support Marketo & C4C integration and lead routing processes within the business unit. Support and run Marketing Automation projects with multi-functional teams.

This role will primarily be responsible for the implementation, project management, systems integration, and process improvement for customer engagement driven from the Live Chat platform.

Required Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of progressive professional experience with Live Chat platforms (Salesforce preferred) and digital marketing integration projects.
  • Three years of work experience and integration experience with Enterprise-scale business and IT systems as well as Digital Solutions & eCommerce Implementation.
  • Current experience with complex Project Portfolio Management and Support Implementation as well as knowledge of one leading Marketing Automation platform (Marketo preferred).
  • Managing software development &/or 3rd party software implementation and B2B selling experience within e-Marketplace environments such as Amazon.com.
  • Experience with Project Management tools coordinating multiple inputs of data and feedback and communications across multiple internal partners.
  • Strength in Business Intelligence, Reporting, and/or Project Management Tool implementation.
  • Bachelors or higher degree related to Information Systems &/or Digital Marketing preferred
  • Willingness to lead, be self-motivated with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work remotely. #LI-remote
