Job Summary:
The Digital Technology (DT) Senior Principal Cyber Exploitation Technician is a part of Cybersecurity and Compliance team supporting a wide variety of existing and proposed computer network and communications systems, applications, and projects. The employee is an active component in the protection of DT assets, infrastructure, and information as part of an operations focused team serving local and remote customers.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Lead completion of specific deliverables in the areas of incident security response, cybersecurity assessments, certification and accreditation, data mining/business-intelligence foundations, and security product deployments.
Lead in executing exploitation techniques, cybersecurity analysis, vulnerability scans and documenting resulting findings for customers as well as local compliance validation.
Participate in documenting and publishing security related research, workflows, and procedures.
Other tasks as assigned
An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for additional years of experience as follows: Master's is equal to 3 years of experience, or a Ph.D. is equal to 5 years of experience .

Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in IT or STEM degree and 8+ years directly related work experience or in lieu of a degree must have additional 8 years directly related of experience for a total of 16 years
Experience with Networking and or systems security is required
Must have 5 + years of direct Exploitation experience
Experience with system vulnerability scanner utilities and supporting tools (Nessus, NMap, Splunk, Nexpose, Metasploit, Netsparker, WebInspect, Burp, IDA Pro, gdb, OWASP, ollydbg, wireshark, Ettercap, BEEF, etc.
Experience with supporting programming and scripting languages, C, C++, ASM, Python, Perl, PowerShell or equivalent.
Experience of cloud and container solutions to include associated security issues.
Experience off security tools such as Raytheon eWaiver System, Nessus, Indegy, Splunk, Wireshark or SolarWinds.
Must be able to travel up to 20%
Experience with cyber exploitation techniques, risk assessment procedures, authorization methodologies, authentication technologies, and security attack pathologies.
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Ability to rapidly generate security related content in MS Office formats (documents, spreadsheets, presentations, process flows, web content) that is targeted and comprehensible at all corporate organization levels.

10+ years of experience as an Information Security Technologist in an operational IT environment.

Information Security certifications (GIAC, SANS, Offensive Security, CISSP, INFOSEC, Cisco CCIE, CEH).

Hands on experience operating security tools in an operational environment.

Experience with security artifacts as they relate to RMF, IRAMP, DIACAP or NIST.

Understanding of system administration, incident response and information system registration.

Knowledge of website, databases and information systems design and development.
