SUMMARY:
The Executive Recruiter National Search assists organizations large and small, coast-to-coast, with their staffing configurations, connecting them with the best talent available in their immediate marketplaces and beyond.

Responsibilities

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Continuous cultivation and evaluation of new candidate sourcing opportunities.
  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing prospective candidates.
  • Matching candidates with a variety of skill sets and profiles to appropriate employment scenarios.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key contacts at all organizational levels.
  • Negotiating new client contracts, renewals, extensions and amendments.
  • Developing pricing and marketing strategies aimed at achieving revenue, gross profit and other financial targets.
  • Offering subject matter expertise on industry trends, market activities and competitor strategies.
  • Participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree preferred and two or more years of professional recruiting experience preferred.

COMPETENCIES:
Strong organizational, communication and time management skills are essential.
Quick learners with a sense of urgency and a sales disposition.
Advanced interpersonal and relationship building skills.
