    DMA is seeking an Senior Manager to work as an integral part of our SAP Software Development Team.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders
  • Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision
  • Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
  • Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood
  • Assists in the configuration and setup of a given ERP to support software releases/initiatives
  • Participates in Unit and QA testing to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized
  • Update/Create end user and technical guides as part of a given software release
  • Provide best in class training and guidance of DMA Software Solutions to peers and customers
  • Monitor JIRA support queue to assist clients as needed
  • Provide team leadership and mentorship of junior resources
  • Perform other duties as assigned
