DescriptionVIPdesk Connect is seeking experienced Seasonal Remote Recruiters to support the hiring of customer service representatives (Brand Ambassadors) for peak, high volume hiring periods. This is a remote (Work-from-Home) position with responsibility for interviewing and evaluating candidates for a variety of non-exempt customer service roles throughout the US. The hours for this role will vary per business needs. WHAT YOU WILL DO:Screen candidates and qualify candidate experience and skillsEvaluate video interview submissionsConduct candidate interviews via phone and video, document results, and make sound recommendations based on candidate qualifications and position requirements and competenciesEnsure a positive interview process for candidatesComply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policiesMeet high-volume recruiting goals with appropriate candidates for each program while fully understanding business objectivesEnthusiastically and passionately support and represent VIPdesk Connect's core valuesDevelop deep understanding of client needs and unique position requirements and key success driversDocument, track, and maintain accurate applicant records and status of engagements in applicant tracking systemDemonstrate a consistent screening and evaluation process for all candidatesApply sound judgment and know when to escalate issues and concernsParticipate in post-interview debrief meetings and calibrationsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORContact Center BPO industry knowledge and experienceExperience with high-volume recruiting and interviewing for non-exempt employeesMinimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition, 2+ years preferredExperience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Jobvite preferredKnowledgeable of labor and employment lawsStrong organization and time management skillsSuperior communication skills-both verbal and writtenProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and TeamsHS Degree or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferredStrong attention to detailAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyAbility to maintain a secure, noise-free, distraction-free home officeDiversity oriented with a focus on creating an inclusive environmentAbility to maintain a flexible work schedule that meets the program needsDue to the home-based nature of this job, the Recruiting Specialist is required to have a home-office environment, internet access, headset, router, modem, webcam, and a computer system that meets VIPdesk Connect policies and maintenance requirementsResidency in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, MD, NV, NM, NJ, NC, OH, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WIAble to successfully pass a credit, criminal, and employment reference security checkCompensation: $17-$20 per hour depending on qualifications, skills, and experienceAbout VIPdesk ConnectVIPdesk Connect is a growing outsourced customer care business (BPO) with team members working remotely across the US.
