Position: Hourly Recruiter(s) for Public Sector (Virtual/Remote)

Duration: 3+ Months (Higher Extension)

Job Description:

  • The ideal candidate should be willing to recruit via traditional recruiting methods, contact the candidates (call, email, message, etc.), validate their experience and interest in position, then submit according to requirements provided by the account managers.
  • The candidates do not have to be recruiting currently but have an interest in this career path.
  • Job Description Discovering talent quickly, interviewing daily, funnel reporting weekly and communicating clearly and consistently are the main hallmarks for the Experts Recruiter.
  • This contract role builds, develops, and executes full-cycle talent acquisition for various expertise functional areas.
  • In our fast-paced and dynamic environment, this role keeps the Talent Acquisition side of our business dialed up and delivering consistent and awesome results.

Proactive Recruiting:

  • Source and validate excellent candidates via social media channels, referrals and networking.
  • Manage a robust candidate pipeline with metrics, funnel analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Account Managers to define success, and agreed upon expectations for timelines, candidate pools, and data reporting.

Recruiting Administration:

  • Maintain and manage candidate data and pipeline reports.
  • Ensure all candidate and position information in our ATS is current and accurate at all times.
  • Deliver detailed and meaningful talent updates to leadership, colleagues and account managers.
  • Support team activities to drive engagement and support recruiting efforts.


Job Requirements:

Skills:

  • Spirited entrepreneurial mindset, with a love of driving process and taking ownership of the candidate journey end-to-end.
  • Metrics-minded and allow numbers to drive recruiting approach.
  • Experience in virtual recruitment (social, LinkedIn, sourcing) (preferred)
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and candidate service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail - accuracy a must.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills - ability to order competing priorities is critical.
  • Advanced computer skills to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Experience/Education Required:

  • 3+ years' experience in a full-cycle recruiting role OR client-centric/client-facing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • May be managing 10+ concurrent requisitions.
