The ORS Associate Client Analyst role will be responsible for a book of clients being serviced by HouseCalls.



You ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.



Primary Responsibilities:




  • Assist in the onboarding of new Medicaid clients (20+ expected in 2022)

  • Enhancements to existing clients and managing client change requests affecting contact centers on daily basis

  • Manage client level reporting, conduct trend analysis

  • Project implementation tasks and process improvement work throughout HouseCalls Call Center Ops (i.e. virtual visit implementation, call experience survey) as it relates to the success and improvement of clients



The candidate that is the best fit for the position will be:




  • Able to confidently facilitate meetings and presentations

  • PowerPoint, MS Office Suite, Teams

  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • CAPM or 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects

  • SharePoint

  • Nice to Have: Trello and Monday

  • Able to make data-based decisions

  • Tableau, Excel, Power BI

  • Relationship-focused with excellent communication skills

Required Qualifications:




  • 1+ years of call center/operations experience

  • CAPM or 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects

  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)



Preferred Qualifications:




  • HouseCalls experience

  • Experience with Community and State line of business

  • Bilingual

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $21.68 to $38.56. The hourly range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $23.94 to $42.40.
