Job Description
- Take patient histories via written forms and over the phone
- Assess patient intake information and prescription records during screening process at Ahead
- Triage patients for admission, discharge, or if they need to speak with a specialist
- Create best in class, meaningful experiences for patients over the phone and through messaging
- As needed, support providers with administrative tasks related to schedule changes and referrals
- Master our technology suite including but not limited to DrChrono EHR, Slack, G-suite, and Zoom
Minimum Requirements
2 years experience as a nurse in a psychiatric setting
Current LVN/LPN certification
Desired Skills
Understanding of psychiatric illness, its treatment, and knowledge of psychotropic medication
Prior experience in an outpatient mental health practice
- Illinois LVN Cert preferred
