Role

Partners are essential in our high growth journey, as Splunk continues to scale and accelerate. We are looking for a Global Partner Enablement Leader to build a Partner Productivity team that delivers highly effective and targeted enablement to our partner ecosystem, partner facing development managers, and internal field sales teams. You will align enablement resources across the company into a single strategy and plan. The role requires a leader with a range of experience across types of valuable partners, including MSPs, CSPS and SIs. Initiatives will span onboarding to self service access to badging. Targeted initiatives will be identified through business plans and development efforts. Priorities will be established with senior partners, sales leadership, and other key stakeholders. The position will report into the VP of Global Field Enablement (GFE) and participate as part of the overall enablement and partner leadership teams. You will directly lead a function made up of theater-based partner sales enablement productivity managers. The role will work across GFE and other organizations to bring content, badges, certifications, and events to market.

Responsibilities

Deliver a world class enablement learning experience to Splunk partners and transform the way they engage and consume training and demonstrate skills and capabilities.

  • Lead the global partner productivity team and enablement requirements for partner’s sales or other events
  • Own end-to-end global partner enablement and be the evangelist for partner enablement internally and externally
  • Prioritize, develop, and operationalize the strategy to deliver targeted and relevant enablement to partners
  • Provide thought leadership on delivery modalities, content design, programmatic requirement, learning platforms, or other methods to drive partner engagement
  • Work closely with the Sales and Technical Enablement, Partner Programs teams, Geo counterparts and key stakeholders to determine approach and strategy
  • Optimize process, governance, and performance for all programs.
  • Measure and report on all partner enablement metrics and KPIs
  • Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years leading partner enablement or productivity team in a global, fast growing enterprise software company
  • Background in sales and/or technical enablement program development or practice development
  • Experience with cloud native partners or transitioning partners and customers from on prem to cloud (Cloud Service Providers, GSI, MPS, VARs etc.)
  • Experience with credentialing, badging, certification is a plus.
