Description/Job SummaryFruit of the Loom, an independent, wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. & leading international basic apparel company, has an immediate opening for a Software Developer Associate (Remote).The Software Developer Associate works on an agile software development team to design, build, test and maintain e-commerce web applications on Salesforce Commerce Cloud for Fruit of the Loom, Inc.'s family of brands. Keep up to date with releases and features of Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Support Digital Marketing efforts across Fruit.Com, RussellAthletic.com, VanityFairLingerie.com and Spalding.com. Participates in making recommendations to improve applications. Perform training and demonstrations to stakeholders.Responsibilities/DutiesBuild, test and maintain enterprise application software. Receive and provide constructive criticism to improve applications.Participate in agile software development process by conducting code reviews, attending planning sessions and providing input during retrospectives.Work with key stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories and conduct user acceptance testing. Perform training and demonstrations.Learn new technologies, frameworks, tools, design patterns and best practices.Participate in 24x7 on call support rotation.Required Experience0-2 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise application softwareRequired QualificationsBS or BA in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience required Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong written and verbalcommunication skillsBasic knowledge of and experience with:Object-oriented languages such as Java or C#Relational Data Models, ORM frameworks, SQL and databases such as Oracle or MSSQL ServeroMetalanguages such as XML and JSONWeb service standards such as SOAP and RESTJavaScript and JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, AngularJS or ReactKnowledge of Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud or Commerce Cloud desirable but not required
