ABOUT THE POSITION: 
The  Management Consultant  is responsible for focusing on the 3-5k foot view of a client engagement. You will lead account strategy with the objectives of (1) ensuring client achieves quantifiable ROI (including regular measurement and reporting of ROI) and (2) ensuring project team leverages industry best practices / state of the art trends to achieve best in market results. Knowledge of industry verticals (healthcare, financial services, media and tech specifically), relationships with key industry players, and a proven ability to understand a client’s business will be vital for success.


The Management Consultant will have a strong passion for driving results and articulating Lev’s value proposition. You are a great fit for this role if you thrive on giving structure to “grey” space, have strong financial and technical acumen, and are comfortable navigating through conflict to drive results.


RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead discovery from a business and strategy perspective in a billable capacity
  • Analyze status quo (people, processes and technology) and develop recommendations for improvement (short, medium and long term).
  • Build clear definitions and consensus around client ROI and business objectives
  • Influence account growth by being a trusted advisor to senior client side executives (VP+)
  • Coordinate with sales executives on account growth strategy
  • Connect client strategy with account team execution
  • Leverage industry expertise to guide client in SFMC related decisions
  • Partner closely with external (Salesforce) and internal (other Cognizant teams) partners to deliver an exceptional client experience

  • OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with the Sales team on selling with a retention focus
  • Perform other duties required and assigned
  • Manage your time towards billable targets
  • EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
    REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience 
  • Prior experience in a management consulting position
  • Experience in healthcare, financial services, media or tech industries
  • 5+ years of professional services experience
  • PREFERRED:

  • Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Prior experience in Marketing
  • MBA a plus

  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Superior client facing interaction skills 
  • Ability to conceptualize, design and execute successful partnerships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to perform focused work with close attention to detail
  • Ability to travel as needed
