Payroll Coordinator - Remote

CareerStaff Unlimited is looking to add an outgoing, proactive, and hardworking Payroll Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for coordinating daily and weekly payroll for employees nationwide. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the timely and accurate processing of daily and weekly payroll, including stipends and expenses
  • Ensures time cards are accurately entered into the payroll system
  • Ensures payroll information accurately interfaces with the invoicing system
  • Finds and corrects any discrepancies
  • Audits invoices weekly to ensure all shifts have been accounted for
  • Ensures that all applicable reports are generated and distributed as established
  • Responds to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters
  • Provides excellent customer service to both internal and external employees
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of payroll experience required
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
