How You'll Support Our Mission ESO is seeking a dynamic individual with Trauma Registry and training experience to join our growing Training and Implementation Team. As an integral part of this team, you are responsible for ensuring our customers are provided with the best opportunities for receiving appropriate training in a timely manner to position them for success in using our patient-related registries. Reporting to the Manager of Training you will be part of our Training team based in our Austin or Belcamp office. What You'll Be Doing - the day to dayYou will be the Subject Matter Expert for information relative to all of our trauma registry software, operations, concepts, best practices, and analysisYou will assess the training needs of registry customers based on requests, purchases, group discussions, one-to-one communications, evaluations, support feedback, and product development inputConduct instructional needs assessments of new products and learning events.You will design, develop, and deliver an appropriate curriculum for the distribution of information using a variety of tools and mediums to a diverse audience of healthcare staffEvaluate the effectiveness of instructional content. Who You Are - the essentialsAt least 5 years of Trauma Registry experience.Preferred CSTR and/or CAISS certified.Ability to design, create, and deliver relevant training using a variety of tools and mediums for diverse audiences.Clear verbal and written communication skillsExperience with tracking, monitoring, and analyzing, KPIs and other metrics related to training, including budgets, content, attendees, and trainersAbility to communicate wellStrong people skillsOrganizational skills Other criteria that is important to list but that will not be included in the job advertExperience with Instructional design toolsActive listening skillsStrong interpersonal skills Who You Are - the desirablesBachelors in applicable studiesFire/EMS/Hospital Education Benefits & Perks ESO offers a comprehensive suite of benefits to promote health and financial security for our employees and their families.
