Our client, a rapidly growing education focused company that is a leader in its industry, is seeking a sales operations professional to join the Finance team. The mission of the Sales Operations Manager is to build a CRM that drives incremental revenue and provides mission critical insights into our business. This role reports to the CFO and directly serves the Revenue team. This position is primarily remote.


Key deliverables and responsibilities include weekly sales reporting, monthly revenue reconciliations, ongoing process improvements, and executive-supporting ad hoc reporting and analysis such as BOD reporting, budgeting, and ongoing management discussions.Success in this position in 2021 will be measured by quota attainment for the Revenue Team.


Requirements:



  • Salesforce.com: high proficiency with salesforce.com, including building reports and dashboards, modifying queries and doing light programming, customizations and integrations. High familiarity with salesforce.com best practices, training resources and broader ecosystem.

  • Sales & financial reporting

  • Sales automation systems

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a technical or financial discipline. At least 3 prior years of experience in a similar role using salesforce.com
