We are seeking a Marketing Operations Sr Manager who will manage pharmacy patient communications to inform/communicate and educate consumers about their pharmacy prescription orders. This position will be responsible to provide the optimal pharmacy patient consumer experience by improving the messaging, personalization, digital delivery of communications while eliminating gaps and/or confusing, inaccurate, redundant, or unnecessary touchpoints.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Guide planning and direction in the design, development and implementation of order-related/pharmacy member communications for home delivery and specialty
- Aggressively pursue all sources of information surrounding order-related communications and their associated processes, triggering criteria, content, and business rules to accurately assess current state
- Identify risks and opportunities and apply to future state recommendations
- Learn and understand new business segments and apply learnings and proven approaches from previous projects
- Distill complex content and flows into digestible, actionable leadership summaries
- Embrace Team of Teams approach; collaborate and promote strong business relationships with ORx employees in other disciplines
- Serve as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions
- Provide consultation and advice to internal business partners to facilitate development of effective consumer communications
- Serve as a liaison to identify and align communications efforts across organizational lines

Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of experience in consumer-facing marketing communications
- 5+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience demonstrating effective writing and communication skills (consumer-centric content writing and review, touchpoint optimization, creating reports and status updates, preparing overview presentations)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Effective written, verbal and presentation communication skills in both formal and informal settings
- Solid leadership and problem-solving skills
- Cross-functional experience working in a complex, matrix organization, preferably in a healthcare environment
