Qualitative Recruiting Project Manager (Full Time)

As part of our growth and change, our team is seeking a Respondent Recruitment Project Manager. This position is client-facing and the hub between our internal recruitment center and our research partners and clients.

Who You Are & What You'll Do

  • Communicate directly with your clients to understand the needs of each project and help each client through all steps of recruitment, the incentive process, transcription, and any additional service where we can support the success of the project.
  • Lead kick-off calls and be an ambassador for our brand, ensuring that expectations of project specifications, quotas, delivery, timeliness, and other requirements of the project exceed the client's expectations.
  • Engage with the leadership of the recruiting department, and the firm, for the smooth recruitment of a project, and address any challenges that arise during the course of recruitment for marketing research.
  • Oversee associate project managers and the recruitment team that is dedicated to your projects, with the goal of a white-glove experience for the client.
  • As a project manager, you will work closely with our clients to build trust and grow both our businesses.

What You'll Bring

  • The ideal candidate will have at least five year's experience in a project management role overseeing respondent recruitment in a focus group facility or field services firm.
  • College or Masters Degree
  • Able to manage 10 to 20 projects on average simultaneously
  • Strong comfort level in:
    • Electronic pre-screeners
    • Respondent recruitment excellence
    • Quota management
    • Invoicing
    • White glove Client Experience
  • Advanced client communication skills and ability to be proactive in problem-solving. Strong background in qualitative recruitment as to being able to bring innovative solutions.
  • Every project has a solution belief
  • Cool under pressure & a true love of juggling many tasks
  • Self-starters & independently motivated toward client success
