We're an international leader in teledentistry looking to add a Frontend Software Engineering Manager to lead a team in revamping our eCommerce platform!
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead, mentor and support multiple teams fostering a high-performance culture
- Define best practices for front-end development
- You will be a part of setting a culture of creativity, innovation and excellence in all areas of engineering and technology
- Mentor and train developers. Provide architectural & engineering expertise in all areas of frontend application development
- Motivate and inspire developers and evangelize the architectures features for the enterprise.
- Ensure adherence to the software development lifecycle across engineering personnel
- Work with other business units and collaborate with technology leadership on roadmap execution.
- Plan and manage the overall delivery roadmap for multiple technical initiatives.
4+ years of Frontend Development in modern javascript (VueJS preferred)
2+ years leading a Frontend Engineering team
