Job DescriptionThe Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in to identify and translate data, analytics, and insights into strategic recommendations for marketing programs. The Sr.Business Intelligence Analyst will utilize data visualization to bring data to life and tell a compelling story built around actionable insightsThe Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible to extract relevant data from source databases to outline key trends impacting our business and use advanced data analytics techniques to communicate solutions to stakeholdersThe Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst will provide thought leadership on key analytics initiatives set by the organization.If you are not located close to a physical office, remote work is considered for qualified candidates.About Our CompanyWith the right company, life can Be Brilliant®. Identify and recommend changes based on analytical solutions with guidance from leader.Leverage a strong business understanding to interpret client behaviors through a business lens.Work closely with internal teams to develop pre-project measurement plans and post- project analysis in order to develop specific and actionable recommendations.Ad hoc analysis as requested by cross-functional teams within the Marketing OrganizationRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent in a quantitative field such as math, statistics, computer science, analytics or other related field3-5 years of analytics experience developing meaningful KPIs, reporting, insights, and interpreting resultsExperience with data visualization software such as PowerBi or QuicksightsStrong analytical, quantitative & problem solving skills and ability to use statistical analysis and modeling.Ability to distill key insights, actions, and/or recommendations from analyses conducted.Ability to communicate effectively on recommendations and analysis results, and establish and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
