Job Description

An employer is looking for a Digital Product Analyst in the Denver Area. This individual will be working in the growing money transfer industry supporting the product and design team to help transform their existing digital products. The goal the team is working to achieve is to improve the end user experience on their digital products. This individual will be responsible for analyzing the market and consumer data and identifying areas of improvement. You will then collaborate with the Product Owner to understand, prioritize, and solve problems discovered in the data. Overall, you are the core contributor to the product development cycle and you will use data to improve the user experience! The ideal candidate will come from a start-up background and therefore understand the full scope of the product design and development. The ideal candidate can also look at an app or a website and can distinguish good vs. bad user experience and then explain how to improve the user experience. Minimum Requirements

-Strong understanding in one of these 3 areas: Data, Design (UX), Development

-Start-up experience. Critical, we want individuals who can wear many hates and understand the whole product and how pieces interact

-Experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude or Segment

o(Similar tools: Smartlook, Heap, Mixpanel, Pendo, Kissmetrics, Indicative, Google Analytics)

Desired Skills

-Have an understanding of how to optimize event tracking

oWhat should be tracked, how it should be structured and taxonomies that should be applied

- Basic Coding Knowledge
