• Support execution activities, working directly with multiple Method program teams and under the guidance of the TMO Leader• Manage schedule, scope, and reporting across multiple projects, flexibly adjusting to changes and constraints through the project lifecycle• Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills (sample presentation required)• Be a self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision, trusted, high degree of responsibility• Plan and implement program governance in an organized fashion to ensure that decision making is occurring with the right people involved• Regularly communicate program progress and results to stakeholders• Identify, monitor, and manage program risks, escalations, and project interdependencies• Operate in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and handle ambiguity seamlessly• Proactively seek out program successes to share through our TMO Comms team• Actively look for opportunities to streamline, simplify, or enable program activities Minimum Requirements• Proactive initiative balanced with alignment will be the key to speed and success• 10+ years experience in program management, strategy, and portfolio planning• Comfortable with engaging people at varying levels of the organization• Understanding of operational and strategic program metrics• Proficient Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Objects. An understanding of Relational Database and Statistical applications a plus. Background in SFDC. Desired Skills• Demonstrated ability to quickly absorb details in order to identify risks and interdependencies• Collaborative attitude and team player both taking and giving direction in a matrix environment• Experience in working as part of a broader Program Management Office, including collaboration with Change Management and Financial leaders• Prior Cisco experience• PMP or Agile Certification
