Position description Assists in solutions to enhance the effectiveness of operations throughout the Enterprise Revenue Cycle. Performs research and troubleshooting of issues related to their scope of influence. Participates in project teams and completes assigned tasks in a timely manner. Keeps other staff apprised on the progress of assigned tasks and any issues encountered. Maintains a high level of customer service given changing/competing priorities. Receives direction from multiple people while continuing to work on previously assigned tasks and/or multiple tasks simultaneously. Maintains knowledge of current healthcare environment. Understands and is accountable for ensuring a control environment is maintained to preserve Mayo's Standard of Ethics and minimize the financial and legal risks for Mayo.
Works with limited supervision.
Qualifications High school or GED required; Minimum three years relevant exp.
Additional qualifications Associate degree is preferred. Previous healthcare experience preferred
License or certification N/A
Exemption status Non-exempt
Compensation Detail Required education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The hourly pay range is $23.66-$31.95 per hour.
