SYNERGY HomeCare offers:
Competitive pay is $16.00/hr
Paid orientation and ongoing training
Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays
Flexible schedules and matching caregivers with nearby clients
Employee recognition programs, Ongoing hands-on training, Supportive team environment
As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
Provide attention to the client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, personal care needs for female and or male clients
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
We currently service the North and South Scottsdale, E. I-17 to Phoenix, Anthem, New River, Cave Creek, Carefree, and Fountain Hills
Qualifications:
One to Three years of caregiving experience
Must have a Reliable Vehicle with current auto insurance
Must be available to service clients in our territory
Must have current Drivers License and Social Security Card and or Passport etc
Qualifications & Requirements:
CPR/First Aid certification (can be obtained through our office at no charge )
Evidence of negative TB test
Level One Fingerprint Clearance (can be obtained through our office at no charge) All caregivers must be able to pass a criminal background
DCW (Direct Care Worker Testing can be obtained through our office at no charge)
