RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Inhouse Consultant Financial Systems (m/f/d), you lead the implementation of new technologies in the context of digitalisation and improving core processes. In cooperation with external partners, you will develop our software tools to the next level. You manage various IT and organisational projects in the area of finance and you are responsible for our national and international branches. You will primarily be in charge of the following tasks:

Independent planning, control and follow-up of IT projects of different sizes and complexity
Leading the projects for the introduction of a new ERP solution (probably Oracle) that is standardised across the whole group
Analysis, conceptual design and implementation of the optimisation of processes
Preparation and implementation of workshops and trainings
Providing support to various stakeholders during the go-live of implemented solutions

PROFILE
Successfully graduated from a university with a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
At least 4 years of professional experience in a management consultancy or a service company
Experience in project management in the introduction and further development of finance tools or in the digitalisation of business processes on the basis of individual software
Good knowledge and experience in the implementation of Oracle would be an advantage
Strong analytical skills and very good technical know-how
Excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a team, a secure attitude and a high level of social competence
A proactive, independent and conceptual way of working as well as flexibility
High level of commitment with a GET-IT-DONE mentality
