Responsibilities

New temporary project opportunity for a Contract Recruiter to join the Americas Human Resources Team.

  • Lead and drive employment recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and collaboration with Hiring Managers to select qualified applicants and achieve placement objectives.
  • Guide Hiring Managers on the recruitment process and proactively follow up to manage timeline requirements and communication.
  • Identify and implement effective sourcing strategies including outreach with technical talent, social media, job aggregators, and industry or professional associations.
  • Maintain a strong, positive Company image by building effective relationships with prospects, candidates, vendors, external and industry contacts.
  • Perform teleconferences and interviews to assess knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and background; coordinate scheduling; conduct candidate de-brief meetings to solicit interview feedback.
  • Coordinate applicant background checks and collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop competitive offers that meet position requirements and objectives.
  • Maintain knowledge of Company business objectives, products, and services to effectively market the organization and opportunities.
  • Maintain current knowledge of and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience recruiting for technical, corporate, professional, and support positions in multiple regional locations, preferably focusing on life sciences and/ or medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of building and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract corporate professionals along with engineering, scientific, and technical talent within the life sciences industry.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and computer communication and presentation skills, including advanced MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ICIMS) proficiency.
  • Proven familiarity and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to work independently, multi-task, follow through, and meet deadlines within an entrepreneurial team- and customer-focused work environment.
