Seeking successful Regional Sales Manager to grow account base to next level. Be excited to introduce established solutions based technical service and products to new customers.

My client is a custom equipment and systems manufacturer with a reputation for delivering quality product on time and on budget. High degree of integrity. They sell to pharmaceutical and process plants....essential industries.

Will be responsible for developing a territory with few established relationships with current and prospective customers. This is NOT a short selling cycle….its technology solution and consultative type sales.

Home office situation - West Coast ....Expected to do at most 40% travel....overnight on occassion.

Will make do video conference calls or visits to build relationships. 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively managing customer accounts and provides options, recommendations and solutions to existing and potential customers, constantly maintaining the customer relationship.
  • Identify and commercialize new target accounts, constantly growing and developing the business.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals stemming from field activity and make preparations of presentations, proposals and quotations for same.
