As a Senior Product Manager within our Social Media Advertising team, you will own, develop, and execute roadmaps for social advertising products that are used by some of our largest global clients. This is a unique opportunity to build on your existing product management skills with the autonomy and responsibility to bring new products to market.

You will conduct market research to understand our customers’ needs whilst keeping the end-user experience in focus. You will take new products through the complete product management lifecycle and you will bring products to life that make a dramatic impact on our mission to be the most effective engine for our customers’ growth. You will work very closely with product managers, sales, product marketing, and engineering,

This position is offered fully remote, in office at any of our office locations in North America, and hybrid.

Responsibilties

  • Perform competitive analysis, gather market requirements, build requirements documents, drive product development with engineering teams, assist with product marketing, and provide pre-sales support and post-sales training while managing trade-offs and thoughtfully delivering solutions to complex problems.
  • Define and execute the product roadmap, success metrics and set expectations with all relevant stakeholders including engineering and internal leadership teams.
  • Act as product lead in agile development teams, including sprint grooming, planning, feature/bug prioritization, and requirement definition.
  • Advocate and educate internal teams regarding new product features.
  • Build relationships with customers to garner feedback for the development of product offerings. Present products to internal and external customers at a senior level.
  • Be the visible advocate for your products internally and externally.
  • Contribute to product, go-to-market, and corporate strategy.
  • Define and prioritize user stories and product requirements for new features.
  • Ensure smooth release process, release notes, user documentation, and sales enablement.
  • Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience including full ownership of product roadmap(s).
  • Experience working closely with engineering and commercial teams to launch products or features.
  • Experience working with web technologies, user experience design, and data analytics.
  • Understanding of and experience in ad tech.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Desired Qualifications

  • BS in an analytic or engineering-related field.
  • Experience in Social, Digital media, mobile, location-based, or Out Of Home (OOH) advertising.
  • Prior experience with agile/incremental development approaches and cross-functional work environments.
  • Hands-on experience with tech such as HTML, CSS, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics.
