The Sr. Lead Data Management Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to establish partnerships with our customers, supports both pre and post-sales activities, acting as the delivery expert throughout the relationship, engaging other SMEs across the organization to develop and articulate comprehensive implementation proposals.**The Main Responsibilities**+ Aligning closely with Account and Services teams to support pre-sales activities such as scoping, solutioning, SOW development and project staffing+ Provide the Professional Services team with Subject Matter Expertise related to the proposed solution and client needs to ensure successful project delivery+ Where appropriate and required for Customer Success, providing direct oversight to the project team during the full lifecycle of the engagement, acting as the escalation point for both the customer and delivery teams+ Oversee project planning, delivery, release management, and deployment to ensure technology standards and business needs are met.+ Lead weekly stakeholder updates to address status of the project schedule, delivery challenges and setting expectations+ Proactively mitigate and manage critical escalations and at-risk accounts; communicate effectively and appropriately with internal and external leaders and executives+ Accountable and responsible for the end-to-end delivery of application technology solutions in line with strategic business objectives+ Ensure that engagements conclude with fully satisfied clients that are willing to be references for new potential clients+ Manage multiple strategic clients simultaneouslyOffshore Team Oversight+ Determine daily progress and status of deliverables on projects.+ Lead both internal teams and offshore vendor teams project delivery, plans, and ensure proper staffing.+ Ensure that all project resources are focused on the effort they are aligned to.**What We Look For in a Candidate**+ 12+ years experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership and active involvement in selling professional services+ 5+ years' operating in a pre-sales environment, shaping and scoping large and complex implementation projects+ 5+ years of enterprise-level project or program management experience+ 2+ years working in the telco industry with CCNA/CNCP certifications and/or related experience with network and firewall devices/network analytics is highly preferred+ 5+ years working in the field of data analytics, and data science+ Deep knowledge of data engineering platforms and technologies for on-premises implementations and public cloud architectures+ Demonstrated ability to influence a group audience, facilitate solutions and lead discussions such as implementation methodology, use cases, road mapping, Enterprise Transformation strategy, and executive-level requirement gathering sessions+ Proven experience delivering data applications with skills in data management, data modeling, software development, integration, IOT, and analytics+ Proven experience in design and delivery of large data platforms for global customers in multiple industries+ Demonstrated technical and/or functional aptitude, and ability to engage with architects or SME in pre-sales activities+ Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, executive-level presence, and experience in working in a client advisory role+ Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills**What to Expect Next**Requisition #: 251492**EEO Statement**We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all persons regardless of race, color, ancestry, citizenship, national origin, religion, veteran status, disability, genetic characteristic or information, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, family status, pregnancy, or other legally protected status (collectively, "protected statuses").
