Responsibilities

  • General data entry - entering information online
  • Making high volume outbound calls to familes of children eligible for tutoring services
  • Scheduling and booking individuals for tutoring appointments
  • Ability to work 1:00pm to 9:00pm EST
  • Minimum KPIs include: 80+ outbound calls daily // 6+ confirmed appointments weekly // Attendence at virtual mandatory meetings
