YOUR IMPACT

Our Talent Acquisition Reporting Managers play an integral role within the TP family. Working in a collaborative and engaging environment, you will help make thoughtful, data-driven business decisions by designing and leading reporting and analytics that tell the story of Teleperformance's Talent Acquisition efforts. The incumbent will act as a strategic, consultative business partner within Talent Acquisition while support business partners. Responsibilities

PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Create, build, execute and own all TA reporting
  • Design and implement metrics to better drive decision making and align resources
  • Enhance reporting through the creation of dashboards and other data visualization techniques that enable management's understanding of and access to key metrics
  • Analyze candidate data to uncover trends, identify issues, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct research to gain insight around recruiting best practices
  • Lead project work identifying and implementing new analytics and process improvement related to the recruitment life cycle
  • Research, analyze, and present data from multiple internal databases and third-party software systems
  • Utilize project management methodology to ensure priority setting and focus on the business requirements
  • Lead the development of predictive analytics
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

  • Minimum 5 years of ICIMS reporting expertise
  • Experience leading teams, direct/indirect and delivering analytics and reporting solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Quantitative focus
  • PowerBI dashboard creation examples, analytical skills, ability to create processes and partner closely with Workforce Management and other business partners
  • Strong capability and comfort within Microsoft Excel
  • Love of data and using the data to tell the story
  • Experience with SQL
  • Efficient time management
  • Proven track record of building rapport with employees, management, and vendors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous Recruitment call center experience preferred
  • ATS Experience - preferably ICIMS experience
