Position Title: Medical Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote Work from Home! *Irving, Texas & Surrounding Cities Only*
Pay: $16/hr. weekly pay & FULL benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)
Training: Remote- Work from Home!
Shift: Monday- Friday No Weekends! Must be available to work an 8hr. shift between 5am-8pm
Position Details:
- Handle high volume inbound phone calls from patients, and providers with a smile!
- Provide accurate information to the patient and or the healthcare provider
- Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller
Job Requirements:
- Previous call center experience required
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- High speed internet and the ability to work from home
