Job Description :

This position is Work From Home.

Your shift would be M-F, 10:30am -7:00pm

Summary: Responsible for selling strategic communication solutions via phone including broadband services, such as high-speed data, internet, video and phone. Achieve revenue and customer goals by developing and maintaining strong relationships with both current and prospective customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Identify, qualify and develop positive, professional relationships with prospective clients.
  • Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
  • Meet or exceed all sales goals for each product line, while increasing close rate quarterly.
  • Build customer loyalty by educating customers to the advantages of the company services that differentiate from the competition.
  • Proactively and persuasively close sales and upgrades during the initial customer call
  • Build value in the company’s products, services, and commitment to the communities served.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork to support sales activities including sales orders, contracts, billing forms and sales reports.
  • Supervisory Responsibility

    Education and/or Experience
