Adobe Marketing Data Analyst, Marketing OperationsOverview of PositionThis position will help drive all aspects of data modeling, analysis, and interpretation for all go-to-market strategies and programs. By working closely with other members of the Reporting & Analytics team, the Analyst will develop, analyze and present meaningful data and insights to Marketing and other key stakeholders, making recommendations based on your analysis that will influence the marketing execution strategy. The person who assumes this role will work closely with Marketing Services, Business Unit Marketing, Sales Reporting, and Analytics, Sales Operations, and IT.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Deep dive into Adobe Analytics as well as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, performing quantitative analysis, data mining, cleansing, and interpretation to translate business challenges into relevant and rigorous analytical initiativesCreating, maintaining, and improving internal and Adobe Experience Cloud data sets, defining the right metrics, facilitating the sharing of this data with the corporate BI tool (Spotfire). These BI dashboards focus on the reporting, dashboarding, and visualizations of the performance and state of our Go-to-Market Plans and associated activitiesSetup and maintain the Tag Management platform Adobe Launch to maximize what can be tracked and measuredDiscover and adopt new techniques and tools to ensure the team stays at the forefront of Adobe solutionsWhat are the requirements needed for this position?3+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience CloudStrong Adobe Analytics and Tag Management experience requiredExperience with a Customer Data Platform (CDP) such as Adobe Experience Platform strongly desiredProven experience building and managing marketing campaign attribution models; ability to iterate models based upon performance and other variablesExtensive knowledge and practical application of traffic/conversion variables and successful events to deliver on a measurement plan and KPIsAbility to collect, decipher and implement requirements from Marketing stakeholders into reports and visualizationsAbility to work with business owners to help them articulate Key Business Questions and Key Performance IndicatorsExcellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly, and know when to collaborate with internal resources to assistStrong presentation as well as verbal and written communication skillsDeep knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practicesDevelop and maintain Adobe Processing Rules and Classifications to map context data variables to standard analytics variablesWhat other skills/experience would be helpful to have?TIBCO SpotfireDatabase querying using SQL (or similar query language), data mining and statistical packages such as R or Python, and hands-on use of BI/visualization tools; Tibco Spotfire strongly preferred but platforms such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Qlik, and others acceptable.Strong working knowledge of databases and data warehousing techniquesStrongly preferred: experience working with marketing data sets found within a marketing tech stack: CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, and customer data platformsStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment; ability to identify and resolve business analysis challenges with limited assistanceHunger and drive to continually develop and refine metric approaches, models, and dashboards that provide deep business insight and improve marketing capabilities and performanceWhat are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
