Job Description

  • Create and review technical design documentation to ensure development is being built and tested according to technical standards
  • Provide technical feasibility assessments and scoping for projects and product support
  • Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth knowledge of Medable and Medable's products and services
  • Adept at handling complex interactions with key stakeholders for Medable's customers
  • Track to detailed project plans to ensure deliverables are complete on time
  • Coordinate project implementations and product configurations for client accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Establish and teach customer support practices and procedures
  • Effectively prioritizes own and workload of other team members
  • Effectively uses Medable's software and other systems and solutions required to support customers and projects
  • Study other customer success programs and analyze customer data to identify the best practices
  • Establish and manage technical timelines in accordance with overall project plans, driving them to timely completion
  • Has in-depth understanding and knowledge of Medable's software and the use cases of Medable's solution in the market
  • Participate in meetings with decision-makers, systems owners, and end-users to document business requirements and goals
  • Provide training on products and customizations
  • Help customers plan and identify the best ways to utilize the software
  • Educate customers on the capabilities of the software
  • Proactively identifies and addresses issues or risks
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in Technical Project Management or a combination of education and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms
  • Experience in requirement, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of software
  • Proficiency in-app publication process
  • Technical management and understanding of client and vendor relationships
  • Strong interpersonal skills and leadership
  • Strong project management skills
  • Prior track record working leading project implementations and product configurations for client accounts on this level
  • Knowledge of customer service practices
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Experience working in the clinical trial industry (preferred)
