Remote PHP Developer

Insight Global is looking for a remote PHP Developer to support required enhancements for an internal web application built with WordPress and PHP. This person will be predominately responsible for the back-end programming with PHP as well as working with MySQL/MSSQL Databases for stored procedures. There will also be some front-end work in JavaScript (jQuery Framework). This persons day to day will be majority heads down coding and will be partnering with the developer who built the web application to start with to understand architecture and make the enhancements needed for this application. Minimum Requirements5+ years experience as a PHP developer within web-based applications SQL Experience: MySQL or MS SQL creating Stored Procedures and data migrationJavaScript Experience: JQuery (plus)Good understanding of website integration and software creationExcellent verbal and written communication skills Desired SkillsExperience with Git and Version Control SystemsReact
