We are looking for an experienced Regional Director, Midmarket Sales to remotely lead a team of Midmarket Sales Directors in all areas from prospecting, pitching and closing new business to driving incremental revenue from existing enterprise accounts. The Regional Director, Midmarket Sales must have a proven record of developing and coaching a team, while navigating through an evolving organization. The Regional Director, Midmarket Sales role is key to Yelp's success and offers significant career growth opportunities within Yelp's Midmarket Sales team.#LI-RemoteWhere You Come In:You will manage and coach a team of 6-8 sales directors to develop successful sales strategies including implementing multi-tiered approaches, establishing a wide network of contacts, defining measurable success metrics, developing successful campaigns, navigating conversations around attribution, identifying and staying ahead of risks, and accurately forecasting opportunitiesYou will meet and exceed quarterly sales team quotas by holding your team accountable for activities that lead to revenue generationYou will provide regular updates to management on team activities, opportunities, and risksYou will implement strategic planning, forecasting and ongoing development of sales teamYou will identify improvement in all areas of productivity, process and efficiencyYou will develop and maintain executive level relationships to help drive sales activitiesYou will assist in closing complex programs with your teamWhat it Takes to Succeed:You have 5+ years managing a team of 5 or moreYou have 10+ years relevant Midmarket or Enterprise experience across sales, digital advertising, and media rolesYou have a proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar sales targetsYou are an experienced communicator with a proven track record of executive outreachYou are an entrepreneur with a history of building partnerships from scratchYou have the ability to handle critical conversations internally with reps as well as client escalationsYou are able to successfully navigate uncertainty for all parties and lead to desired outcomesYou believe in Yelp's mission and naturally put the company and team firstYou are able to travel 30% of the timeYou are ready and willing to roll up your sleeves and build something big at YelpWhat You'll Get:Available your first day: Full medical, vision, and dental (Employee-only plans available at no cost to the employee)15 days PTO per year for first 2 years of employment (accrual begins on date of hire); number of PTO days increases after 2 years of tenure, 5 paid wellness days, 12 paid holidays, 1 floating holidayUp to 14 weeks of parental leaveMonthly wellness reimbursementHealth Savings, Flexible Spending and Dependent Care accounts401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matchEmployee stock purchase plan
