Partner with the best 

Our Global Training Leader is responsible for the operational execution of internal and external technical learning needs in line with the Waygate Technologies Visual business strategy and overall enablement of long-term growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Accountable for achievement of internal and external global training operations including content development and execution and customer engagement metrics
  • Build new digital experiences to quickly address customer inquiries for training
  • Inform and execute on global strategy in collaboration with Visual General Manager, product management, and regions
  • Interface with product management and engineering to ensure training requirements and sustainability are an integral part of their priorities during technology, NPI, and financial planning periods
  • Ensure delivery of best-in-class training quality and productivity standards across the globe 
  • Build the Visual service brand based on flawless execution and customer recognition of perceived quality across the globe
  • Work Experience

    To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
  • Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Services Learning Design.
  • Experience in Video Boroscopes
  • Experience in Training – Remotely/Virtually and Onsite
  • Travel 30-40% Domestically and Internationally
