THE ROLE: Contract Recruiter

Presidio is looking for an enthusiastic, strategic, and progressive Contract Recruiter  who is focused on quality over quantity. The Contract Recruiter  will help accelerate the current hiring process for Presidio’s Sales and Technology department(s). Besides scouting top talent, you act as a strategic advisor, partner, and consultant to the business through Innovation, Determination, Respect and Imagination. You will provide a world class recruiting experience for both candidates and the business groups by effectively hitting hiring goals, raising the talent bar at Presidio, and continuing to evolve our amazing candidate experience.   RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as an expert in the talent market, competitive and local environment and its impact on all aspects of the business
  • Continuously create and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs
  • Serve as a coach to interview team members; advise on effective interview questions
  • Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
  • Manage Job Requisition process
  • Create job descriptions as needed
  • Ensure a responsive and seamless candidate experience through communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format
  • Ensure hiring managers are following proper hiring practices and follow government regulations, labor laws, and company policies/ procedures to ensure appropriate and fair selection, assessment, pre-screening, and post-employment methodology. Having direct experience sourcing and recruiting passive Solution Architects, Network Engineers, Collaboration Engineers, Security and Cyber candidates is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • 2 - 5 years recruiting experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter within a Corporate and/or Human Resources environment.
  • Strong knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, wage and salary trends, and relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results when working across geographical boundaries.
  • Must have expert knowledge and experience with OFCCP, EEOC and DOL compliance.
  • Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems, UltiPro a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and engineering skill sets a must.
  • Proven success delivering recruiting results in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment.
  • Direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and approaches.
  • Strong customer management skills with ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and Hiring Managers.
  • Team-oriented with ability to partner with and build upon the strengths of others to meet overall goals.
