They review client paperwork and collect supporting documentation as required to document and determine eligibility. Successful candidates have a high degree of integrity and can provide high quality customer service to clients at all times. The Intake Eligibility Specialist participates in high volume phone outreach in order to successfully meet the program's enrollment targets.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Review applications for landlord enrollmentDetermine landlord eligibility for participation in the rental assistance programReview tenant rental assistance applicationsMake an eligibility determination for tenants' ability to receive rental assistanceGenerate pledge for assistance in the amounts of rent due to landlordsWork with landlords to ensure payment issues are resolved in a timely manner if neededFollow up with landlords and/or tenants for additional missing documents if neededEnter case notes when encountering eligibility review issues to document issue and attempt to resolve with landlords/tenantsInterpret dashboards and production reports to determine if action is needed Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
