What you will do

You will be responsible for the planning and execution of IT initiatives to support Enterprise Integration and Automation Team. The successful Delivery Leader will partner with customers to provide technical solutions for their functional requirements. You will be competent, confident, perseverant, influencing, disciplined and dependable. In addition, you will also be highly collaborative, a strong communicator and relationship minded.

You will possess a demonstrated ability to manage a diverse portfolio of requests, quickly mediate between competing priorities, and work effectively with IT colleagues both within and across other geographic regions.

How you will do it

  • Plan, execute, monitor and control project deliverables from inception to closure.
  • Monitor and ensure SDLC process steps are followed within the teams.
  • Provide input for project estimates, perform trade-offs between implementation, schedule and cost/resource constraints with respective project teams.
  • Focus on quality assurance and quality control activities to reduce rework/variances.
  • Manage requirements, minimize gaps, and ensure on-time deliveries with zero critical defects.
  • Provide single point of contact for customers as well as coordination services with other IT teams.
  • Report project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage Statement of Work (SOW) and Contract requirements and related change requests (CR).
  • Ensure that standards and best practices are published, maintained, and enforced.
  • Work hand-in-hand with technical architects for delivery of effective, high-quality solutions that comply with the Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI) integration and automation platforms.
  • Lead the delivery team through change, adjusting priority and delivery commitments as needed.
  • Manage escalations during all phases of SDLC until project exits Hypercare phase.
  • Implement and continuously measure appropriate KPIs and SLAs for the vendor delivery teams.

What we look for
Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business management field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • 5+ years in designing and developing enterprise integrations or automations (RPA) and coordination of multiple team activities
  • 8+ years of experience working in a large IT organization
  • 3+ years managing delivery for IT projects
  • 3+ years managing managed service vendors for Application Managed Services (AMS) or development factories
  • Experience with MuleSoft or UIPath or BluePrism or Appian 
  • Knowledgeable of Enterprise Integration strategies, techniques, and processes
  • Experience with Agile implementation methodologies
  • Proven experience in creating influence and building partnering relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities with internal customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Travel of up to 25%, but can be higher or lower based on business and project needs

Preferred:

  • Knowledgeable experience in the following technologies: Mulesoft, Appian, UIPath, BluePrism, Microsoft Power Suite
  • Project Management experience
