Senior Product Designer/100% Remote Role

A software company based right outside of Center City, Philadelphia is expanding rapidly and searching for a Senior Product Designer to add to their team. This company offers a unique recruiting platform which focuses on executives and private searching. Some of the largest companies in the world have partnered with this organization to help professionals secure the best leaders, develop talent networks, and place executives. 

The ideal Senior Product Designer has a strong understanding of SaaS, end-to-end design, and UI design skills. As the Senior Product Designer you will evolve the companies design system as well as improve their design processes to be more valuable. You will also lead design work on impactful projects that will prepare the company for the next phase of growth as the marker-leading executive talent platform. This position will be a mix of research, strategy, and design and is a 100% remote role with occasional meet ups in the office.

Required Skills & Experience

Ability to develop and maintain design systems

Able to coordinate with engineers to maintain a component library

Has worked directly with product and engineering stakeholders to drive alignment

Fluent in Figma and SaaS

 Understanding of taking new features from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to production

Strong collaboration and project management skills

Desired Skills & Experience

4+ years in product design experience

Experience working on web-based applications, such a SaaS products

Capable of handling multiple projects at once
