Job SummaryThe Program Manager, UCC Practice is a member of AVI-SPL's Technology and Innovation organization accountable for managing departmental and company-wide projects, programs and initiatives which support implementation of AVISPLs Unified Communications and Collaboration Strategy. This position is responsible for coordination and communication between internal AVI-SPL stakeholders to ensure effective planning, implementation, and lifecycle management of key processes, product development, and service delivery in both internal and external customers. The position should also provide input in all aspects of strategy development and implementation leveraging specific expertise in Unified Communications and Collaboration and related Information technology topics. This role is strategic in nature but will also lead tactical efforts within the business by providing oversight, leadership and direction to ensure essential roles are properly staffed, key milestones are met, and KPI metrics are achieved. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage, contribute and drive cross functional accountability throughout the various aspects of the AVI-SPL lines of business and ensure UCC Practice Strategy goals are achieved Drive the highest level of process and practice attainment by leveraging best practices and necessary resources aligned to the AVI-SPL UCC Practice strategy Direct liaison with the internal stakeholders as the primary owner of all communications related to process creation, service products, project deployments, service level agreements, UCC specific staffing, UCC specific certifications/training, risks and escalations as necessary. Manage and contribute to workstreams that identify, inventory and document current processes and support workstreams that optimize those processes through controlled change management processes. Develop and maintain platform specific playbook consisting of standard operating procedures to ensure alignment with internal AVI-SPL stakeholders for consistency in delivery model Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and other influencers necessary to properly manage all aspects of the multiple UCC Practices. Conduct lessons learned meetings on an as needed basis with internal AVI-SPL stakeholders to drive corrective measures to retain the highest level of capabilities, process and deliverables Host regular meeting cadence with necessary internal AVI-SPL stakeholders to ensure alignment with internal/external needs and the overall UCC Practice strategy Assist the UCC Practice leads in managing and monitoring standards with design and deployment to promote innovation, quality and consistency of experience Provide leadership to ensure that the business outcomes, user experience and ongoing user adoption is consistently attained throughout AVI-SPL and for our customers Create and manage UCC Practice schedules and coordinate/verify appropriate resource scheduling for all required tasks where applicable Serve as administrator for meetings, documentation, resources and contacts while acting as an escalation point for any practice, internal or customer concerns Support the process and integration of future company mergers and acquisitions around UCC practices and platforms. Other duties assigned as needed Skills and Abilities Must have ability to lead and contribute individually, aswellasworkproductively within a team andacrossfunctional disciplines Strong communication skills, both writtenand oral - along with professional,interpersonal andrelationshipbuildingskills Strong business acumen and ability to interface credibly at the CxO level Strong abilitytomulti-task,prioritize, managetimeandworkinaself-directedmanner Demonstrate leadership and management skills in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Exceptional strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills Technical aptitudeandabilityto beaself-drivenlearner with credible understanding of UCC, Audio/Visual, Collaboration and Meeting space technologies overall Must have intimate knowledge of regional differences in support of international deployments Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Project and Adobe Acrobat Education and/or Experience Minimum of a 4-year degree or comparable industry experience is required Experience working with international accounts/program deployments preferred 5+ years in a project/program management or leadership role (direct or indirect) is required ITIL certification required. Valid and current Project Management Professional® (PMP) / PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is preferred Valid and current Program Management Professional® (PgMP) is preferred 5+ years of experience in UCC, AV technology or Enterprise Technology management preferred
