Responsibilities

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Recruit candidates for open requisitions across all departments and business lines 
  • Source and screen candidates for best job placement
  • Schedule candidates for job interviews
  • Negotiate salary and extend offers to qualified candidates
  • Guide Hiring Managers during all phases of hiring process
  • Track applicants using an ATS
  • Here's what you'll have:

  • 3 years’ experience handling requisition loads of 20-25+ orders
  • 2 years minimum experience sourcing passive candidates and well versed in using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience recruiting for cross-functional requisitions (i.e. corporate and professional positions)
  • Able to manage scheduling of candidates and create offer letters
  • Intermediate level expertise using an ATS (Workday, Taleo, Success Factors, or similar.)
