Position Requirements: You have a unique blend of business acumen and technical understanding of vehicle features that elevates driving experiences. You always represent our customers’ perspective while working with both internal stakeholders and external partners. You must possess a passion for our vehicle brands’ unique DNAs and what they represent for our customers.
 
You will be responsible for:

  • P&L of driving experience feature category in Americas and Asia/Pacific markets
  • Customer-focused feature roadmaps for future vehicles in the respective markets
  • Definition of new features and customer use cases
  • Making micro decisions during development ensuring the best customer experience is delivered
  • All aspects of customer needs including collection of data, communication and prioritization
  • Market context, from competitive analysis to technology trends
  • Supplier engagement and commercial interactions representing the customer requirements to maintain current features as well as new concepts
  • Coordinating and experiencing product evaluations
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of working in automotive or related industry
  • Proven resilience of working through problems with creative solutions
  • High emotional intelligence and proven ability to demonstrate mental flexibility
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding organizational skills, time management and attention to detail
  • Close partnership with design and engineering teams as well as vehicle brand teams
  • Ability to see the big picture and create/manage a robust 10-yr plan while not losing focus on daily operations
  • Support product manager to achieve group’s business objectives and influence key decisions
  • Preferred Qualifications:
