Due to continued growth, my client is looking to add a WordPress Developer to their team, with PHP and WordPress experience, to help build responsive websites and microsites for their corporate clients.
The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of modern coding practices, with a focus on user experience, clean code and cross-browser compatibility.
You will also work on implementing tools and services such as share price feeds and charts.
Working as part of a team of designers, developers and project staff, you will be involved with planning and prototyping new websites, developing custom WordPress themes, integrating tools, testing, bug fixing and performance benchmarking.
The following core strengths are required for this role:
• Able to code WordPress themes and plugins
• PHP 7+ (LAMP stack)
• HTML5 and CSS3
• Javascript / jQuery
• MySQL / MariaDB
