License, Certification, Registration N/A Additional Requirements:Experience working with agile teams, including familiarity with scrum ceremonies and agile best practices.Experience participating in user research activities, performing product discovery, and building a vision for short-term and long-term product strategy.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.Experience with A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and other methods of product validationAbility to influence stakeholder groups and peers of product vision and prioritization, leveraging a data-informed approach and customer/competitive insights. Preferred Qualifications: Five (5) or more years of relevant work experience.Experience working in the health care industry.Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred.Pragmatic Product School, or similar Product Management Certification preferred.
