This international industry leader has an immediate 12+ month contract opportunity for an experienced Finance Recruiter with strong sourcing skills. Location preference would be the NY Metro area but would consider candidates from anywhere USA. Will be responsible for providing best-in-class services to internal clients as well as external candidates. As a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition Team, you will take the lead in building and developing talent pipelines within the Finance organization. You will have experience working with passive candidates in a highly competitive space and the ability to cultivate long-term relationships. Working across the Global Finance groups, the role requires you to be agile in support of varying prioritized areas as new initiatives develop. You will act as a sourcing subject matter expert and deliver market insights back to Corporate Finance team and business partners to drive educated sourcing strategy decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage active and passive talent through outbound sourcing, resume screening, networking, referrals, recruitment events, etc.
  • Partner with TA Managers and leads to develop and execute talent sourcing strategies that yield consistent and strong results
  • Leverage data and insights, prior knowledge, and industry trends to build creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates
  • Craft comprehensive search strategies, ensuring a sound understanding of the job responsibilities, requirements, and talent gaps
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of business and culture in order to help candidates fully comprehend and embrace the career opportunity
  • Interview and assess all candidates submitted to pipeline and understand post-interview decisions to inform ongoing sourcing efforts
  • Create and maintain a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Understand employer value proposition to proactively source and attract Finance talent
  • Provide candidates with an accurate and compelling story as to why this company is a leading “Employer of Choice”
  • Host recruitment events and attend relevant networking and community events
  • Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure OFCCP compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a Recruiting/Sourcing function (Search or Corporate)
  • Previous agency or search firm experience supporting the Finance industry
  • Multi-tasker - you consistently have competing priorities and have the ability to exceed all goals set for you
  • Organized, customer-focused, results-driven, work with a sense of urgency
  • Team player, strong collaborator & fun to be around
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of the business, external labor market, competitive landscape, and data analytics
  • Seen as a subject matter expert with a proven track record of employing creative sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards to proactively source passive candidates
  • Experience hiring in an organization focused on cultivating a diverse workforce
  • Successful pipeline management using an ATS and CRM, Kenexa, and Avature
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
