: Account Executive Representative

Couranto is looking for an experienced Account Executive Representative to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional account service and form successful client relationships
  • Effectively listen to client needs and provide a consultative customer centric approach to align client needs with Couranto solution set
  • Effectively demonstrate and support our solutions to clients as required
  • Assess client engagement and identifies opportunities to grow account
    • Follow through on outstanding orders
    • Collection analysis to determine upsell opportunities
    • Robust relationship across multiple touch points
    • Identify opportunities for up sell and pass to Sales VP
  • Concurrently manages multiple accounts, deadlines and projects
  • Develops, implements and tracks key performance indicators (KPI's) to measure efficacy of client relationships
Required Skills

/Abilities:
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with all functional teams (Team player)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time - management, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive self starter
  • Critical Thinker
  • Business process improvement minded
  • Advanced Proficiency in: Microsoft office Suite; Gmail, Zoom and/or other similar software
  • Quick learner
Education & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as Account Executive or Customer Service
  • Minimum Associates Degree; Bachelors degree preferred
  • Possesses an understanding and exhibited success in of B2B Sales process
